The Vetter Training Center at the Ravensburg West site provides advanced technology for scientific training and a wide range of educational courses. Cutting-edge laboratories and a variety of simulation labs and seminar rooms enable hands-on learning and experimentation.

The state-of-the-art Vetter Training Center was opened in 2024 and is connected to our Ravensburg West site. By setting new standards in technology and equipment, the center – which is spread out over 5,000 square meters on four floors – offers the best possible environment for scientific education and training.
We offer two apprenticeships at the center: Chemical Laboratory Technician and Pharmaceutical Technician. Equipped with leading-edge technology, 75 young adults have the chance to learn the most essential theoretical and practical skills over the course of three years. Experience rooms and compounding simulation labs emulates our real-world operations while providing a safe and immersive environment that is ideal for preparing professionals for the work they will do during and after the training program.
The Vetter Training Center also offers various certification programs and accredited IHK courses that make up part of the comprehensive training we offer our employees. Nine modern classrooms, collaborative workspaces, and a VR room dedicated to learning are available for these purposes.
