General questions

Are posted job-openings on Vetter’s webpage up-to-date?

Yes. Our career page is updated regularly. Positions that have already been staffed are not displayed on our career page.

Can I apply for multiple job openings?

Yes. Our career portal allows to apply for multiple job openings at the same time.

I heard about the new Vetter site in the Southwest of Germany – when can I apply there?

We are looking forward to building our new team with you. However, we ask you to kindly bear with us as we make our preparations. We will not be able to post any job openings on our website until much later, because the site will not be opened until 2030 at the earliest.

For those who are interested in a career in the Southwest of Germany, here a couple of tips:

Who can answer questions regarding a specific job opening?

In every job posting, you will find the contact information of the person responsible for hiring this position who can give you details of the job in question.

Can I apply without referring to a specific position?

Yes, you can submit an unsolicited application.

Who can I contact if I have technical problems while registering online?

Please send an email to personal@vetter-pharma.com describing your problems. Please note that this email address may not be used to submit your application.

How do I apply?

We are providing a web-based career portal for all job openings we are staffing. Please note that only applications submitted via our portal can be considered in the hiring process. Resumes submitted by other means can no longer be accepted. On our career portal, you can upload all of your documents (cover letter, CV, resume, references, etc.). First-time users will be asked to generate an individual account which can be utilized for all recruitment activities.

How many documents can I provide with my application?

The number of documents you wish to upload is not limited, but should be relevant for the specific job opening.

Is there a limit in file size?

The maximum size of a document is limited to 5 MB. We recommend to integrate your documents in one file and upload it in a current format (e.g., PDF).

How long does it take to process my application?

If we have received your application documents, no waiting for a confirmation email is necessary – we are directly moving forward with your application process: We will promptly review your documents and get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review all submissions.

Can I update my application after submission?

No. Applications that have already been submitted are not updated when you change your profile. Furthermore, attachments cannot be updated after submission.

My user account

How long is my data saved in the database?

You account will be deleted automatically 12 months after your last login.

Why do I have to choose an option how my profile will be processed?

Because of privacy protection regulations it is up to you to decide if we should consider your profile for open positions globally, for all positions in the country of residence or solely for the position you have applied for.

Can I save my data temporarily before finally submitting it?

Yes. You can save your entries and continue at a later time. To retrieve your saved data, please go to the “Saved Applications” tab in your profile.

How can I delete my account?

Go to the “My Profile” tab and delete your account. In this case, all current applications will be canceled. If you need help in deleting your account, please feel free to contact us.
