We’ve got it! This year, for the very first time, Vetter received an award for our high-quality apprenticeship program. Ours rank among the top 1% in Germany. Every year, an independent and transparent study conducted by the publisher TOP Ausbildung and the Leading Employers Institute selects companies that offer the best apprenticeships programs. Among the criteria taken into consideration are job-portal ratings for apprenticeships – such as those on Kununu or ausbildung.de – as well as participation in initiatives such as Girls' Day. This award highlights our excellence in the industry!

We have a lot more to do in terms of training. These awards are a great endorsement for the apprenticeship initiatives we have done to date. Double awards from the FAZ
Vetter landed in the top 10 of two employer rankings done by the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ). We came in fourth in the category of pharmaceutical companies on the list of “Germany's most desired employers” and placed first on “Germany’s apprenticeship champion” ranking.
