Successfully established: The third Trainee Master's Program has started

Studying + gaining professional experience at the same time = a winning formula! On October 1, the third class of students began their Trainee Master's Program.

The start of a promising future

The two-year Trainee Master's Program at Vetter has been a success since its launch in 2020. The demand for the part-time program, with its innovative mix of theory and practice, is going strong. A new cohort of 14 trainees and seven part-time students began their studies on October 1. And in two years, when all goes to plan, they will graduate with a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science & Business.

The trainees are employed part-time throughout the program. Vetter offers them many benefits, which includes covering their full tuition. The inaugural class has since graduated, and a second group will follow in November. With their wealth of knowledge and valuable experience, these graduates are well equipped for a successful future at Vetter. This year’s cohort will likewise get to experience Vetter in all its diversity and be trained to become experts in the life sciences.

Theory or practice? Why not both!

How to gain valuable knowledge and work experience at one of Germany's largest pharmaceutical service providers? The Trainee Master's Program. Participants build up expertise in pharmacy, technology, and business administration at Reutlingen University and take on exciting challenges while completing part-time internships in various departments at Vetter. Students develop their skills within the innovative pharmaceutical landscape while acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company and the industry. This bridging of the gap between the theoretical and the practical is accompanied by excursions and a targeted exchange with Vetter experts.
