The Pharmaceutical Production Specialist certification program developed with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) is another one that has been very well received. Eight additional employees recently completed their training and are now supporting compounding teams and taking the next step in their professional development.
During the four-week certification program at the IHK Bodensee-Oberschwaben, participants learn basic scientific principles as well as the fundamentals of aseptic solution production. This advanced training will enable them to work in compounding and ensure that they handle pharmaceuticals correctly, an immense responsibility in which every milligram counts. An advanced IHK pharmaceutical production specialist training is a great option, especially for career changers who are looking to get ahead and take on more responsibility at Vetter.
