The Innovation Bootcamp: New format fosters new ways of thinking
Seeing challenges as opportunities and finding new ways to tackle problems – that's what you can expect from the new Innovation Bootcamp. The workshop is an excellent foundation for exploring creative and novel, systematic approaches. It is just one of many building blocks we use to foster creativity and innovation among our employees.
Our Innovation Team generated a lot of interest: circa 40 employees took part in the bootcamp’s premiere at the Kapuziner Creative Center in Ravensburg. Over the course of one and half days, participants learned and experimented with new, creative ways of approaching problems. They were taught concrete innovation methods that can be applied to everyday work. The camp was led by the Vetter Innovation Partners with the support of three external innovation professionals. Dr. Thomas Funke gave a keynote speech on the innovation mindset; Till Hasbach and Nora Marleen from “Moonshot: The Innovation Game” worked with the Innovation Partners to cultivate creative thinking in a playful way.
For the first time, I dove deep into the topic of innovation so that I can tackle challenges with courage and creativity and see change as an opportunity. Besides getting inspiration for new ways of thinking about and approaching problems, I also received many practical tips for my work at Vetter.

The opportunity for personal interaction between colleagues was a highlight of the event. Interpersonal exchange fosters creativity and strengthens team dynamics and solidarity among departments. Photos and videos give a glimpse into the Innovation Bootcamp’s exciting premiere. Because of its success, the Innovation Bootcamp will now be held on a regular basis, with the next scheduled for the first half of 2025.
