Once again, a Leading Employer

We are delighted to have been honored with the Leading Employer Award at the start of the new year – for the third year in a row!
Not just any award, the Leading Employer Award places us in the top one percent of employers in Germany. It is based on the comprehensive and independent study on employer quality conducted by the Institute of Research and Data. We are particularly pleased to have scored well in the following categories: work-life balance, renumeration and benefits, attractiveness and image, as well as values and culture.
These categories are especially meaningful because they play a crucial role in attracting and retaining employees. Being recognized as a “Leading Employer” is a prestigious honor for us and a helpful guide for you.
This distinction is further underscored by another notable ranking – that of Germany's Best Employers – by Statista and Stern. We came in at an excellent 19th place in the pharmaceuticals and medical technology category.
