Learning and celebrating together with Vetter
What better way to embark on a promising future than to complete an apprenticeship or dual study program at Vetter. Every year, we commemorate the excellent performance of our apprentices and dual students with festivities. On October 18, the 44 apprentices who are graduating in 2024 came together to celebrate. We are proud of their success.
The event began at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome drink in the new Vetter Training Center and opening words from Managing Directors Thomas Otto and Peter Sölkner. A look back on the years of dedicated study and training followed. Accolades were given to the apprenticeship mentors, who provided advice and assistance throughout the program.
As a memento, a group photo was taken; the event continued over finger food and drinks. Apprentices, dual students, and their partners, trainers and supervisors enjoyed a delicious and relaxed evening, reminiscing about their experience and discussing future plans. But the celebrations didn’t end there! The graduates and their partners and friends convened for an after-party at the Achtbar in the center of Ravensburg.
Though the night marked the successful conclusion for program participants, for many, it also marked the beginning of a new phase in their careers. We are very pleased to say that many of our graduates will continue to play a vital role within Vetter, as they continue their journey with the company!
