Potential Target Areas in Vetter
The target areas may vary in each year. For information, we will present the target areas for which our current trainees are prepared. We will present the target areas for launch in October 2026 in spring 2026. Exciting!
Natural sciences / IT
In the field of natural sciences / IT, the following target areas are possible:
- Pharmaceutical Production / Production Systems:
With many interfaces in the company, you support the Production Systems Department, especially the Production Area. The optimisation of processes and systems as well as cross-departmental (project) topics are among the main tasks here. The focus will be on future projects for the digitisation of processes and data flows in production, with the department acting as an interface between IT, Operational Technology and production areas.
- Quality Control / Operational Support & New Technologies:
You work on and control strategic measures for the further development and optimisation of processes and systems of quality control. The goal is to create lean and robust processes and systems as a prerequisite for reliable and secure growth. The establishment of an efficient and logically structured laboratory IT architecture as well as the expansion of the degree of automation in the laboratory to support simple, time-intensive routine work form the target vision and the accuracy of the strategic measures. The evaluation and implementation of new technologies such as AR or AI to support the digitisation and automation of quality control processes round off this target vision.
- Quality Control / Systems & Service:
How can our customers understand our processes? How is a batch number assigned? And how is it ensured that no documents are lost and everything remains complete? These questions are dealt with by the Systems & Service team, which is the interface between laboratories and IT - always with the aim of making our processes transparent and efficient.
