Thomas Otto has been Managing Director of the Vetter family business for many years. Since 2025, Henryk Badack, Titus Ottinger and Carsten Press complete the management team. Their experience and expertise have helped shape the company's sustained growth and ensure the organization’s successful, continuing development.

They’re supported by the second critical pillar of Vetter’s management structure: an independent Advisory Board of leading industry experts, scientists, and members of the Vetter family.
